At Winona3D, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns or refunds are available within 14 days of delivery.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return or Refund:
Please contact us at shawn@winona3d.com with your order number and reason for the request. If the item is damaged, include photos.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
